1. Open the Rills app.
2. Click on the settings icon displayed on the right side of the bottom menu.
3. Click on the “My Camera” option.
4. Click on the “Add Camera” option or click on the “Camera List” option and then click on the plus icon displayed in the top left corner.
5. Scan the QR code of the camera.
6. Now, power on the camera and wait for the device to respond with either an Indicator blue light or hear the sound “Please use the app for Wifi configuration”. Click on the “Reset” button on the back side of the camera.
7. Click on the Next button displayed on the screen.
8. Check the connected wifi is displayed on the “Select Network” screen. You can change the wifi and enter the
   respective password.

Please ensure that the selected wifi is the same wifi, where the camera is configured.

9. Click on the Next button displayed on the screen once you have entered the correct password of the selected wifi.
10. Please ensure that the camera and mobile device are placed near the wifi router. Click on the Next button.
11. You will hear the sound which is used to configure the camera. Please wait for a few seconds until you hear the sound from the camera as “Connection is successful”.
12. Now, enter the camera name and click on the Bind now button.
13. Select the category, and select the “Public” or “Private” option.
• Public: you can select the event as the “Nig Elections 2023” category and enter the ward name.
• Public: you can select the event as the “Other Events” category and enter the event name.
• Private: you can enter the event name and select atleast one of the friends/following users available in the list.
14. Now, select the camera cover image and click on submit button.
15. Now, click on the “Camera List” option and your added cameras will be displayed here.
16. For these added cameras, you can edit/delete/report the camera from the three dots displayed inside the respective camera cover image.
17. Once you click on any one of your cameras that is turned on and connected to wifi, the camera streaming will be started.
18. The live streaming video will be displayed with options like the settings icon at the top, send message option at the bottom of the screen.
19. You can send messages in this live streaming and receives gift sticker coins from the other users as well.
20. Once you click on the settings icon, you can turn on/off the sound, take screenshots, and record the camera streaming as well.
21. The screenshots and video recordings will be saved to your downloads folder with a new folder namely rills > screenshots and rills > recordings.
22. The camera streaming will be ended only when the broadcaster user clicks on the “End Streaming” button from the settings of the respective camera.

Category “Nig Election 2023”

• News feed page: the live streamings will be displayed on the dashboard page for the event named “Nig Election 2023”.
• Once you click on “Nig Election 2023”, the dashboard page will be displayed with all the live cameras as well.
• You can click on any one camera and you can see the live streaming of the selected camera.
• You can send messages/gift stickers.
• You can turn on/off the sound, take the screenshots, and record the live streamings as well.
• Please note that the recorded video streamings and screenshots will be saved in the download folder with a new folder namely rills > screenshots and rills > recordings.

Category “Other Events”

• For the category “Other Events”, this camera streaming will be displayed as the live streamings under the “Watch Live Streams” section of the News feed page.
• You can click on any one camera and you can see the live streaming of the selected camera.
• You can send messages/gift stickers.
• You can turn on/off the sound, take the screenshots, and record the live streamings as well.
• Please note that the recorded video streamings and screenshots will be saved in the download folder with a new folder namely rills > screenshots and rills > recordings.
